Pricing
Charters
RT and PTP
Seasonality
Charter Trip is where the client sets the pick up location and drop off location. You rent Happy Party Bus for a certain number of hours and you decide where we drive. There are no fees for extra stops. The price is based on the number of hours you rent the bus for. The more hours you want to rent for, the lower the per hour price. The minimum hours required for a charter is 4.
Point to Point Trip is a trip from Point A to Point B, of your choosing, there is no limit on distance traveled, or where the pickup or drop off is. All we ask, is that you please remember to be on time, as you only have 15 minutes free waiting time. After this 15 min window, a fee for each minute will be applied. Also, keep in mind that there will be a fee for each extra stop. If the pick up or drop off point is over 40 miles from our base, which is Arlington Heights, there will also be a small fee. Round Trip is when we join two PTP trips.
As we are a seasonal business our prices depend on demand. In winter time prices are low, especially during the week. In summer time especially on weekends prices are high. Please remember the above when you make a reservation. Also remember trips such as Weddings, Quinceaneras or Proms are best reserved several months in advance.
